Mephistopheles sends a Ghost Rider to the mortal world so that he can take a special contract, where more than a thousand evil human souls are registered. Having gone on a mission, the messenger realizes that it is impossible to give this contract to the devil, and decides to break his word and hide from the imperious ruler. Since that time, more than a hundred years have passed, the world is already completely different, but the thoughts of the dark ruler are still the same. One day he decides to come to Johnny Blaze, a motorcycle stuntman, whose father is not curably ill. The devil offers a man a deal, if he gives his soul, then the relative will be cured of lung cancer and will live an ordinary life. Johnny likes this offer, and he signs it with his own blood without hesitation.
The next day, the father miraculously recovers, but after a while he dies during an unsuccessful trick.
