After a glorious battle in Zakovia, Thor is captured by the fiery demon Surtur. The dark spirit informs him that Thor's father is not alone in Asgard and soon this state of affairs will lead the city to imminent destruction. Surtur plans to enter Odin's treasury to extract the eternal flame from there, and then connect it with his crown. Thor cannot allow such serious events to happen, and therefore finds the strength to get out of captivity and prevent the demon from fulfilling his insidious plans. When he defeats him and takes the crown, he thinks that he managed to prevent Ragnarok, but this turned out to be a delusion. Returning home, Thor meets with his father, but only in reality, it was Loki in the guise of his father, trying to confuse his brother and take advantage of his trust. After revealing the deception, God forces the liar to reveal the location of the relative and go in search of him.
The two of them head to Earth, but just reaching the goal, Loki falls into a trap created by Doctor Strange. Thor meets with a great magician and tries to influence him so that he can help in finding his father. Strange gets into the main character and decides to move him along with Loki to Norway, where he was Alone, here he arrived in exile, trying to think about his life. He told his sons that he was dying, and as soon as he left this mortal world, his first daughter, the goddess of death, would immediately appear and bring chaos with her. His predictions come true, after death, an ambitious and incredibly powerful goddess appears before Thor and Loki, rapidly breaking the magic hammer, and then trying to destroy her inconvenient relatives in order to take the rule only into her own hands.
