The girl is by nature a very kind and open person, she looks at others from a completely different angle, she already cares little about everyday and material problems, she tries to think only about the spiritual. The main character has to spend a lot of time in the hospital, daily dialysis helps to prolong her life, because her kidneys have not been working fully for a long time to ensure a normal life. In the hospital, the girl meets Gabriel, a young and optimistic doctor, he gives Nina hope and promises that the time will come and soon she will play with a famous orchestra in Sao Paulo, and he will definitely come and listen to her performance.
