San Fernando Valley. In appearance, Bud Jablonski is an ordinary pool cleaner, but in fact he tracks down and kills vampires, and also rips out their fangs in order to sell them more profitably later.

Bud tries to sell the fangs at a pawnshop, but the prices offered by Troy, the pawnshop owner, are not enough to help him with his money problems.
